Sqftconstruction (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") makes available to commercial contractors a technical portal for estimating costs per square meter, planning budgets for complex industrial projects, and managing material resources in large-scale logistics construction.

"User" means any natural or legal person who accesses the platform, whether or not they register an account. "Content" includes data, reports, estimates, guides, and any material published on the site.

The User undertakes to use the platform exclusively for professional purposes related to construction activity and not to infringe the Provider's intellectual property rights.

• Republication, resale, or redistribution of the content is not permitted without the Provider's written consent.
• Data entered by the User (budgets, quantities, specifications) remains their property, but the Provider may use anonymized data for statistical purposes.
• The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information they upload and for compliance with applicable construction legislation.

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of the published estimates and guides, but does not guarantee that the results obtained through the platform fully correspond to the specific conditions of each project.

Under no circumstances can Sqftconstruction be held liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or delays in the execution of works caused by the use of information from the portal.

Specific Limitations

• Estimates are indicative and do not substitute a budget prepared by a certified expert.
• The Provider is not responsible for fluctuations in the price of materials or labor after the publication date.
• Access to the platform may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or updates, without the obligation to notify in advance.

The Provider may suspend or disable a User's access if they violate the presented terms, including through abusive use of platform resources or by distributing illegal content.

The User may request the deletion of their account and personal data at any time by sending a request to the contact address mentioned below.

Sqftconstruction reserves the right to update these terms whenever necessary, notifying Users by publishing the new version on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of them.
